Forest therapy—also known as Shinrin-yoku or “forest bathing”—is a guided, embodied immersion into nature that encourages you to slow down, engage your senses, and reconnect with the natural world. It’s not about hiking or exercise; it’s about present moment awareness, and participating in an innovative health practice while forging a reciprocal relationship with nature.
A health/life coach takes an all-inclusive, holistic approach when partnering with you to set and achieve your goals. We consider how your nutrition, sleep, exercise, and lifestyle habits all intertwine with your emotional state and ability to realize your true potential.
